Dr. Matthew Dey
Matt is a chartered engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry and has worked in both consultancy and R&D. He has led the technical development of the Minex Process since its inception. Matt has been a Principal Geochemical Engineer with SRK Consulting and prior to that was a senior researcher at Cardiff University, within the former Mining and Minerals Engineering Department.
Dr. Rob Bowell
Eur. Geol. R. J. Bowell Ph.D., C. Chem MRSC, C. Geol FGS FIMMM Geochemist with 27 years experience. Rob has been involved in the development of the Minex Process largely since its inception and has provided valuable contacts and insights on sources of slag and other waste products. Corporate Consultant in the UK Geochemistry team in SRK.
On the basis of the trials completed to date the Minex Process has proved to be an effective method of unlocking intrinsic value in otherwise uneconomic waste, complex metal containing feed material and lends itself to becoming an alternative solution to processing certain primary ores.
